什么是评估报告？

      按照商务专有名词的定义，所谓评估是指依据某种目标、标准、技术或手段， 对收到的信息，按照一定的程序进行分析、研究、判断其效果和价值的一种活动。 评估报告则是在此基础上形成的书而材料。评估报告按照内容可分为：资产评估报告、 信誉评估报告、工程质量评估报告等等。

      对于商务应用文中的评估报告，应釆取简化的形式和结构。首先，指出评估的 对象及评估发生的背景；其次，指出评估过程中釆取的调研方法；最后，给出评估意 见或建议。

Appraisal Report on Problems of the Heaven Swimming Pool

INTRODUCTION:

      Due to the increasing complaints about our swimming pools from customers recently, the Managing Director has asked me to investigate and check out what the problems are and what measures should be taken to handle them.

METHODOLOGY:

      I，therefore, visited those customers and checked most of the complained pools for two weeks, from March 2 to 13，2009. After a thorough and careful examination, I got the most common problems and gave my suggestions accordingly below.

APPRAISAL SUGGESTIONS:

      The adjustable current setting gets stuck on the fastest speed and it’s a potentially dangerous situation for weaker swimmers. The flow and current of water should be adjusted to any level of speed or ability, so that both beginners and expert swimmers can swim and enjoy to their hearts’ content.

      The pool is hard to install, and after being installed, it leaves leaks in the floor. This should be changed so as to be easy to set up and need no expensive maintenance.

      There are green algae growing in the pool after a week. We should improve the filter system to guarantee clear water without any bad-smelling chemicals.

      The water drainage and recycling system do not work properly. The technical department should take this seriously and find solutions as soon as possible.

导言

      最近，由于顾客对于我们的游泳池投诉不断增多，总经理让我调查后找出 问题所在，并釆取相应的处理措施。

调查方法

      于是，从2009年3月2日到13日的两周内，我走访了投诉的顾客并检查 了大部分被投诉的游泳池。经过彻底细致的检查后，我查到了以下几个比较普 遍的问题，并给出了相应建议。

评估建议

      可调节的水流设定装置在达到最大速度时会卡住不动，这对于游泳技术 不高的使用者来讲是个潜在的危险。水流应可以调至任意速度、适应任 何水平的使用者，这样无论是初学者还是游泳高手都能玩得尽兴。

      游泳池不易安装，而安装后还会在底板上留下裂缝。这一点有待改进， 应便于安装且不需要昂贵的维护费用。

      安装一周后游泳池里长出了绿藻。滤水系统必须改进，以保证游泳池内 水质清澈，没有散发异味的化学物质。

      污水处理系统和循环水系统运转不畅。技术部门应对此高度重视，并尽快找到解决办法。
