进入冬季，“立冬”英文怎么说呢？

冬季六个节气分别是立冬、小雪、大雪、冬至、小寒、大寒。

所谓“秋收冬藏”，万物在冬季闭藏，冬季是享受丰收、休养生息的季节，所以冬季节气的习俗大多都是与吃食和农闲生活相关。冬季除了要进补、休息，更加要注意防寒保暖。

一、“立冬”英文怎么说呢？

The traditional Chinese lunar calendar divides the year into 24 solar terms. Start of Winter, the 19th solar term of the year and the first solar term of winter, which means winter is coming and crops harvested in autumn should be stored up.

中国传统农历将一年分为24个节气。立冬，是一年中的第十九个节气，也是冬季的第一个节气。这意味着冬天即将来临，秋天收获的庄稼要储存起来。

二、立冬三候

Water begins to freeze – the initial stages of water bodies freezing over.

一候水始冰：水面初疑，未至于坚也。

The earth begins to harden.

二候地始冻：土气凝寒，未至于坼。

Pheasants enter the water for clams.

三候雉入大水为蜃。

立冬的习俗

立冬的习俗除了吃饺子以外，还有吃团子、祭祀、补冬、酿酒等等。

三、北方多地气温“断崖式”下降，“暖气”英文怎么表达？

首先，“暖气”不是“warm air”中文里暖气是指一种供暖设备或装置，而不是气象学上的暖空气。

暖气在英语中，英式表达为heating，美式表达为heat.

例：

Switch the heating on！I feel too cold now.

把暖气打开，我现在感觉太冷了。

现在很多地方依旧提倡“集中供暖”，“集中供暖”的英文就是central heating.

有时，家里的暖气片可能会坏掉，供不了暖，这里的“暖气片”也叫“散热器”，对应的英文是“radiator”.

另外，用暖气就要涉及到暖气费，在英文中我们常把“暖气费”说成“heating costs”，而“交暖气费”的说法则是“pay the heating bill”
