目前网络这么发达，这类型的，网络上有很多，可以自行搜索下载。
要说一口漂亮的英语得先从正音开始。有了这样的基础，才能在不是说英语的环境下，凭着查字典看音标，就能正确无误地把不熟的单词念出来。

这个网络上有很多，楼上也列了很多，平时要大量的阅读和听力做基础，在读和听的过程中，积累词汇，掌握句型，并熟悉英语表达思想的方式，着重培养语感。
练好口语，主要分三个阶段：
1、发音标准：单词的发音、句子的连读、重读等
2、英语表达方式：这一层的练习要基于词汇和语法的掌握
此外，更重要的是英语思维，英语初学者听到英语都会不自觉地翻译成中文，然后再想一个中文的句子，将它翻译成英文再输出来（即英语->中文->中文->英语的模式）我们常说的一个句子“How to say？”是最常见的中国式英语，句中没有主语，谓语.
其实正确的表达应该是“How do you say this in Englsih?” 我们应该给尽量给自己营造英语的语言环境，培养自己的英语思维，逐步形成“英语->英语的反应模式”。
3、听、说的全面提升：离开听力的口语都是在耍流氓。比如看美剧。看过美剧的小伙伴们应该很有感触：每当我们完整地看完一部美剧，总觉得自己的口吊炸天，可过了一个月，然并卵。—— 是因为你没有一直坚持。
英语学习是一个反复输入的过程。美剧只是一种趣味性较高的输入源，可以提高学习兴趣，延长输入时间；但是这种兴趣有可能变成输入的量大质差，即看了很多集，但是并没有真正仔细琢磨每一个生词，每一句经典对白。
所以，当我们看一部美剧时，不能只看剧情和中文字幕，应该好好研究英文字幕。一集美剧可能只有四十来分钟，而真正意义上理解这一集则需要几个小时，甚至得做笔记。
“练”是不是就是“多说”呢？没那么简单。英语的本质是语言，而语言的本质则是交流！
据美国官方调查显示：一个地道的美国人掌握的单词不超过1000个。
而在美国，中国人只要掌握1000个单词+180个核心句型就足以应付日常生活中95%的交流情境。
这个观点初听可能觉得荒谬：“开玩笑，我四六级词汇背了五六千个，新概念背诵过上百篇，涉及的场景怎么也有上百个了，可口语不也是磕磕绊绊的？”
其实语言的表达并不是一一对应的，可以互相替代与转换。1000个词汇量，并不只有1000多个含义。180个句型也可以举一反三，应用到1000个不同场景中……
举个简单的例子，当我们要表述“这本书很有趣，我爱不释手。”我们至少需要3步才能说出口：
①想单词。
②想语法。
③结合场景，把单词和语法串起来。
然后，得出答案：This book is interesting, it makes compulsive reading.
可是，如果你的词汇量不够，不懂“compulsive”这个单词，你在第①步就放弃了。
即便你单词没问题，每个句子的语法也不一样，你在第②步就放弃了。
但如果我们能换个角度，通过掌握一个核心句型：can/could hardly do sth.
我们完全可以表述成：This book is interesting, I can hardly put it down.
最重要的是，像这样的核心句型还可以通过举一反三，在不同场景中任意变化使用。
而这样的效果仅靠背单词、练语法是不可能做到的。
例如：
他想回家的心情十分迫切。
He can hardly wait to go back home.
她太兴奋了，昨天都失眠了。
She was so excited that she could hardly sleep last night.
而这样的效果仅靠背单词、练语法是不可能做到的。口语很重要。
