所有泰晤士英语的教师都拥有大学本科学历，至少两年以上的执教经验，并持有国际认证的英语外教教学资格证书，更重要的是，所有外教必须先通过由泰晤士英语提供的44小时教师培训课程后，才有机会在泰晤士英语执教，此后每年还必须接受12小时的专业培训。
QUALIFIED NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING TEACHERS
All teachers at TE are university graduates with at least 2 years of teaching experience, and hold internationally recognized TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) qualifications. Importantly, they must also successfully graduate from the 44-hour TE Teacher Training Course provided by the TIE Teacher Training Course provided by the TE University before being allowed to teach at TIE, and then must attend a minimum of 12 hours per year of ongoing professional development.
